Service, booking and payment policy

1. Booking process
- Clients book a consultation through the website form or by calling the hotline.
- FC Legal confirms the appointment and the content of the request within 24 hours.
2. Cancellation and change policy
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 12 hours before the appointment time.
- To change an appointment, clients are asked to contact us at least 06 hours in advance.
3. Payment
- FC Legal provides a clear quotation before performing the service.
- Payment methods: bank transfer, or cash at the office.
4. Service commitment
- All services will be performed within the time limits and to the quality committed in the quotation.
